Dublin's specialty coffee revolution was arguably started by a single roaster: 3fe, whose obsessive quality and training programme raised the bar for the entire country. The city now has a dense network of excellent independent cafes, concentrated around the Grand Canal area, the Liberties, and the Creative Quarter. Dublin's tech-industry population drives demand for quality coffee.
